While all the action was on the courts – The IIT-Kanpur Squash Initiative has been able to raise US $ 3,976 as on July 02nd, 2009 to support “Children’s Miracle Network” a social cause sponsored by Sprint.
I am sure most of you noticed the small badge in the right hand top corner of the blog under SocialVibe. Well this is to support the cause of children. So far we have had only two sponsors and going by the looks of our presence on the internet we are sure likely to generat larger contributions.
All the commerce is taking place on line with Sprint our sponsor passing on the money directly to the Children’s Miracle Network.
The IIT-K Squash Trooper’s must definately walk with their heads held high for being a part of this very nobel and REAL CAUSE.
Trooper’s are advised to keep up the good work and ask all family, and friends to simply take a small review of a video that runs when you click on the badge and rate the it. This triggers automattic contributions on-line.
